COVID-19
Borders are open to all countries; however, it is important to note that tourists entering Costa Rica via a flight must complete the online “Health Pass” epidemiological form and obtain travel insurance that covers COVID-19 medical expenses. A PCR test is no longer a requirement to enter the country.
Effective January 26, 2021, air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country are required to get tested no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to their airline before boarding their flight. This applies to all air passengers, 2 years of age or older, traveling into the US, including US citizens and legal permanent residents. Learn more here.
We follow and respect all the protocols specified by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health. Satinitization of common spaces, as well as rooms and bathrooms.
We recommend washing your hands frequently and staying in your social bubble.
