Corcovado National Park Sirena station

Service Description

Duration: 8 Hours. 06:00 am - 02:00 pm. Sirena station is where you can see more animals and it is a quiet walk, since the terrain is flat. The tour starts at 6 in the morning on the main beach of the town, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There you take the boat with the group and go up to the Corcovado National Park, the trip is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. When you arrive at the biological station, you will take a 4-hour walk along the trails that surround the entire station. Yo can se a lot of animals like monkeys, kingpins, birds, sloths, peccaries and if you are lucky, the tapir, in addition to the majestic wild flora of the area. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes, enough sunscreen, closed shoes, a water bottle (not plastic), a rain jacket and, if possible, a bag to protect your things if it starts to rain. There is a limited number of tickets to the park per day, so we ask you to make the reservation in advance and make the deposit that the tour operator requests as soon as possible to guarantee your place, as well as send the information to purchase your ticket: name complete, nationality and passport number.

Cancellation Policy

For the tour in the Corcovado National Park and El Caño Island it is necessary to make the reservation in advance and provide your full name, nationality and passport number, as there is a controlled number of visits per day. The reservation cannot be modified for any reason and the deposit of approximately 50% that is made to guarantee the reservation is non-refundable. After making sure that there is space for you and your companions and confirming your reservation, you have a maximum period of 24 hours to make the deposit to the tour operator via PayPal (please send us proof of payment). We recommend making a reservation 2 weeks in advance and in high season 1 month in advance to guarantee the place, especially in the Sirena station.
